Uribou

Why the name?
Uribou means baby wild boar - I use this a lot to introduce myself.
ken means "because" in the local dialect.
So the whole thing means "because I am a baby wild boar".

There is more!
Uri is how I spell my name in Japanese
bouken means "adventure"
In this case, the name actually means: Uri's adventures.

Wild Boar, ready to explore the world.

Who is the piglet?
I am German, currently living in Japan. Actually, I have been here for over 10 years now! (wow...time flies)
You can call me Uri or Uli (they/them).
If not trying to survive in front of a horde of kindergarten kids, I like to spend my time with more quiet activites. Like reading, tablet-weaving, crocheting, embroidery, making Zines and other art.
I also love playing games on my Nintendo Switch.
Pokemon is a big one, but I also love Stardew Valley and the occasional point'n'click.
I enjoy studying languages, though recently I am taking things easy and just dabble.
Lastly, I am a big fan of chinese Dramas and sometimes korean, thai or japanese, too. I sometimes do feel, like I am loosing my brain, because of the sometimes occuring stupidy...It is fun, though.
